Adams Handling & Technical, LLC, doing business as AHT — Mobile Welding & Fabrication ("AHT," "we," "us," or "our"), provides mobile welding, heavy equipment repair, and related field services in Northern California. This Policy describes how AHT collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information obtained through adamsht.com, through advertising and social media forms operated by AHT, and in the ordinary course of providing services.

AHT does not collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, or financial account credentials through this website.

How Information Is Used

Retention of Records

Service records, executed documents, and payment records are retained for the periods required to satisfy business, warranty, insurance, tax, and legal obligations. Inquiry information that does not result in work is retained for a reasonable period and then discarded.

Security

AHT maintains reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the size of the business and the sensitivity of the information held. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and AHT does not warrant that information will remain free from unauthorized access under all circumstances.
